เตรียมตัวสั่งทำป้าย / Prepared for label order

          คงเป็นเรื่องลำบากตรากตรำสำหรับผู้รับงานอยู่ไม่น้อย  ถ้าหากมีลูกค้าสักคนเดินเข้ามาแล้วถามว่า   “ทำป้ายแต่งงานราคาเท่าไหร่...?”

             เพราะนั่นทำให้ต้องสนทนากันอีกยาวนานกว่าจะสรุปกันได้...เพราะป้ายสำหรับใช้ประกอบในงานแต่งงานมีมากมายหลายแบบเหลือเกิน   ทั้งป้ายหน้างาน ป้ายเวที รวมไปถึงป้ายประดับตกแต่งเพื่อใช้ในการถ่ายรูป เป็นต้น
             ผู้รับงานนั่นแหละ  ต้องยิงคำถามไล่รุกเพื่อให้ได้คำตอบว่าลูกค้าต้องการแบบไหน  แบบหรือหน้าตาของตัวอักษรเป็นอย่างไร  วัสดุเป็นชนิดใด  ขนาดกว้างยาวขนาดไหน  ถ้าหากลูกค้าตอบอะไรไม่ถูกเลยก็ถือว่าเป็นภาระหนักของผู้รับงานเลยทีเดียว...

            ส่วนใหญ่แล้วถ้าลูกค้าอยากได้งานจริง ๆ บทสรุปตรงนี้ไม่ยาก   เพราะผู้รับงานยินดีให้บริการให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำให้อยู่แล้ว   แต่ก็มีลูกค้าบางประเภทที่มาตั้งคำถามเพื่อต้องการ “สืบราคา” เท่านั้น  ซึ่งผู้รับงานที่มีประสบการณ์ย่อมอ่านเจตนาของลูกค้าออกว่า  ต้องการได้งานจริง ๆ หรือว่ามาเพียงเพื่อสืบข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเท่านั้น  และถ้ามาเพื่อการนี้จริง ๆ เชื่อว่า  ลูกค้าก็ย่อมได้เพียงข้อมูลที่ว่างเปล่ากลับไปเท่านั้นเอง

            เพราะฉะนั้นหากต้องการแค่ “ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น” เช่น ราคา ลักษณะของวัสดุ รูปแบบของชิ้นงาน เวลาที่ใช้ทำงาน  ลูกค้าก็ควรมีข้อมูลหลัก ๆ ไว้ให้ผู้รับงานประเมิณออกบ้าง  เช่น

               1.ภาพถ่ายของงานที่ตนเองอยากได้  อาจถ่ายมาจากที่อื่น  หรืออาจดาวน์โหลดมาจากอินเตอร์เน็ต

 ข            2.ขนาด กว้าง ยาว ประมาณไหน

ข้             3.ข้อความ หรือรูปแบบของตัวอักษร  กรณีนี้ ถ้าทำไม่เป็นก็แค่สเก็ตซ์ด้วยมือคร่าวๆ ก็ได้

            แน่นอนถ้าลูกค้ามีสามประการนี้มาด้วย  รับรองว่าคุณลูกค้าจะได้งานกลับไป  หรือถ้ามาแค่สอบถามข้อมูลแค่ราคา....ผมเชื่อว่า ไม่มีผู้รับงานรายไหนจะใจดำไม่ประเมิณราคาให้แน่....

            ส่วนการตัดสินใจจะสั่งทำหรือไม่  นั่นเป็นการตัดสินใจของลูกค้าเอง

It could be hard for us, If any customers come inside our shop and ask "How much is the cost of wedding sign?"

Because it made of a long time conversation until we got summarized, cause of Wedding labels are separated into many parts. Therefore, Front door, Stage and also Decoration labels for take a photo and so on.

Our shop, must ask for customers needed for "which kind of style that our customers wanted?" if customers didn't answer any correct things, It considered that will be a hardest part for us. and We had experience enough to read an intention of customers, we always respect to our customers anyway.

Most of the problem is some might ask for "price." and gone, it isn't hard for us to be done follow customers needed. If any customers came like these and didn't had any ideas

It surely will get only empty answer back.

Therefore, If just needed only "Basic detail." like a cost, characteristic of materials, style of artwork and "How long of process?". Customers should came with some ideas for us to

do a cost assessment like

1. Photograph of Wedding that customer needed. (Maybe another wedding photo or download from the Internet.)

2. Size, Length and Width?

3. Texts or Font styles. (If can't use computer, no problem but we can read your sketching and search for a similar font type for the Customers.)

We sure if any customers came with these 3 things, Customers will get a work back or only came to ask for the price

I believe that will be no artwork designers heartless do an assessment a cost for sure.

About a customer decision that will "Yes." or "No.", will depending on customer decision.
